How to Keep Your Spirit in Your Body and Why Bother?
How can you tell your spirit is out of your body?
You can't easily tell if your spirit is out of your body unless you are properly trained.
This article will acquaint you with the causes and symptoms of this increasingly common problem. It will also tell you ways to correct it yourself.
If your spirit is not in your body, you are going to have problems. We are designed to be integrated mind/body/spirit beings.
One of the main symptoms of your spirit not being in your body is that the techniques and methods you are applying to enhance your health and well-being don't show results of any kind.
A few common symptoms we have seen are:
- Health problems that NOTHING fixes, no matter what you try.
- Unable to get a good dowsing response.
- Dowsing or muscle testing gives answers that don't match up with the facts
- You feel like you are 'losing it' and are not in control or perhaps fear you will soon lose control
- You are very depressed or having feelings that you just don't want to be here anymore
Why does your spirit go out of your body?
We first discovered this problem in horses some years back. Horses are prey animals, and due to the stresses of how we make them live, they often go out of their bodies out of fear. If a horse is out of body, no therapy will be successful. Your muscle testing of the animal will often give wrong answers. It may appear the animal is healthier than it really is.
This year we have begun to notice this same phenomenon in humans. Whenever you say to yourself that nothing is working for a given problem, you need to check if your spirit is in your body.
There are many possible reasons. The most common ones we have found are:
- Strong Fear
- Negative feelings about being in a physical body
- Inappropriate spiritual practices
- Powerful desire to be somewhere else
If your subconscious feels your survival is threatened, your spirit may go out of your body. Unfortunately, we all have subconscious programs/beliefs that say certain things are dangerous. If any one of those buttons get pushed, bam, your spirit leaves your body.
How do you get it back in?
Basically it is an easy process to get your spirit back into your body. The challenge may be in keeping it there.
If you can dowse, you can determine if your spirit is out of your body. You will need to use my definition of this phenomenon, or you may get a wrong answer. I am not talking about out of body experiences here!
If you cannot dowse, then you would be wise to contact us for help. We will dowse for free if your spirit is out of your body. You can then decide what you would like to do about it.
The basic process involves:
- Using a statement of intent to bring your spirit back into your body.
- Then ground yourself very well using whatever method works for you. Grounding is a separate step.
- Check that your spirit is back in by dowsing it.
- Notice how you feel. Try to become attuned to know when your spirit has gone out of your body.
The challenge arises when there is an ongoing cause for your spirit to leave your body. In cases like this, professional help will be advisable to get you integrated again. Why bother?
It would be impossible to make a complete list of the things that go wrong due to your spirit being out of your body. Suffice it to say that bad things happen, and good things don't work.
If you are working at healing yourself, your efforts and those of health care practitioners will not work if your spirit is out of your body.
If you are a dowser or intuitive professional, your dowsing will suffer.
It is harder to stay grounded when your spirit is out of your body, and ungroundedness can lead to fuzzy headed thinking, accidents, forgetfulness and more serious symptoms.
So often now, when people have stubborn problems, we find their spirit is out of
their body. Resolving this issue then allows the person to get 'unstuck'.
You were designed to be a balanced body/mind/spirit being. If you commit to being that, your life will get easier and happier.
