Harness
Those Shift Energies!
Just having New
Year's resolutions isn't enough. Especially this
year. 2012 has massive energy of change.
You can either harness it or be run over by it.
It's your choice.
If you don't believe
me, look at the energies that we have seen all
over the world in the past few weeks as 2012 comes
in:
-
Illness, flu, cold
symptoms
-
Depression,
sometimes serious
-
Sore on lips,
mouth, nose and tongue
-
Sadness and
grief
-
Overwhelm
Yes, these symptoms
can appear anytime. But right now they are
prevalent because of the powerful shift energy
coming in. Change is what you consciously want,
but subconsciously fear. And your subconscious is
in charge. Depression and overwhelm are common
when we cling to old patterns that are not
working. Sores on the mouth area can represent
angry words that have not been said. Immune
systems weaken at times of great stress, allowing
colds, flu and other illnesses a foothold.
You have conscious
goals you want to achieve, I hope? Get clear and
focused about your goals for this year. But that
is only a start. Goals are great, but you can't
consciously force them to happen. Witness all the
broken resolutions of past years.
The problem with
resolutions for a new year is that the key
to success in personal growth is always about
working with the subconscious. There are
very few effective techniques for doing this, and
even fewer for finding out what the subconscious
believes.
Let me repeat that:
for years we have been saying that the
subconscious is the source of all your problems,
not your conscious mind. Yet how many of you are
using any technique to deal with this issue? And
how often do you use it and how focused are you?
How can you harness the shift energy of 2012 if
your subconscious is in charge?
You have several
good choices of methods that will deal with the
subconscious. The ones we like best and use most
are:
-
Dowsing
-
EFT
-
Self-hypnosis
Daily
self-work is the number 1 solution to all the
problems you have. Working with a
professional you trust is great. But how often can
you afford that? Once a month? Twice? Do you think
that just two hours of work a month with a
professional can offset your subconscious issues?
Even working weekly is not enough.
That is why when we
work with clients, we urge them to do
daily work. We teach them to do what we
do. We know that there is no substitute for
working on yourself with an effective technique.
The
Number One Tool: Dowsing
If you've been
getting our newsletter for a while, you know that
we believe dowsing is the best way to access the
subconscious mind. There is no other direct way to
do so. Dowsing will reveal your subconscious
blocks and resistance to your goals.
Dowsing is easy to
learn. What I mean is, you can learn to get a yes
or no response in dowsing in a matter of minutes.
Anyone can get a response, but the thing that
really matters is how accurate is the response?
Does it do anything to improve your life?

EFT: Tap
Your Way to Success
We are very fond of
using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for
ourselves and our clients. Tapping therapies like
EFT are wonderfully easy to use, affordable and
effective. But time and again, we hear the
complaint that people don't know what to say when
tapping. And if you can't figure out what to say,
then you aren't going to use EFT.
If you know what
events or emotions are holding you back, you can
go to http://howtotap.com/EFT_words.html and
get scripts to use that are pretty good AND free.
If you aren't sure what exactly your blocks are,
dowsing can help you find out what you need to tap
on, so the two work together well.
Self-Hypnosis:
Incredibly Easy AND Effective:
We are always on the
lookout for good techniques, and last month our Astrologer
Eric Hughes recommended self-hypnosis to me.
He was doing a reading for me—I get one every six
months (have you noticed he has a 20%
off sale going on?), and I find it very useful
for helping me to focus on what I want to create
and avoid pitfalls. During the reading, he
mentioned how he had been using self-hypnosis
effectively for himself.
Years ago I had
gotten a book on the subject, and I used it once
to get rid of cold sores I had on my lip. I don't
know why I didn't continue with it. It was easy
and effective. So I was open to trying again. Eric
recommended two books by Forbes Robbins Blair.
We got the
books and have been using them a few weeks, and we
already are seeing progress! Visit
the Sixth Sense Bookstore for a direct link to
order the books on Amazon.
Self-hypnosis is
great if you know what you want to work on, and
Mr. Blair shows you how to customize scripts that
you can then use on any topic, plus his books have
good scripts on common topics you can start on
right away. Dowsing can be a good tool to use
alongside self-hypnosis to identify blocks and
measure progress. By learning what your
subconscious issues are, you can create even more
effective scripts for both tapping and
self-hypnosis.
So make 2012
your best year ever. Learn to dowse and combine it
with your favorite technique, like EFT or
self-hypnosis. If you have any questions about
